Privacy policy

Axura Systems collects only the information needed to provide our services. We never sell personal information or share mobile numbers for marketing.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy covers:
- Visitors to our website
- Our clients, the businesses that use Axura Local
- Our clients' customers, whose information we handle on our clients' behalf, for example when they receive a review request or chat with a client's 24/7 assistant
When we handle a client's customer information, we do so on that client's behalf and under their instructions. That client's own privacy policy also applies.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, business name, email, phone number and business address
- Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us, and the content you provide for your website and Google Business Profile
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and time spent on our website
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
Information we handle for our clients
- Their customers' names, phone numbers and email addresses
- Appointment and booking details
- Conversations with the 24/7 assistant, and missed-call and text message records
- Review request and review activity
Information from public sources
- Public business information and ranking data from Google and online directories
3. How we use information
- To provide our services, such as building websites, managing Google Business Profiles, sending review requests and running the 24/7 assistant
- To bill you, provide support and send reports
- To send service messages about your account
- To send marketing emails to businesses, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
- To keep our services secure and improve them
- To follow the law
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our services, such as website hosting, customer messaging, payment processing, analytics and rank tracking. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With our clients, when the information is about their own customers.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- In a business transfer, if Axura Systems is merged, sold or reorganized. The new owner must honor this policy.
5. Text messaging
- We send text messages only to people who have consented to receive them, such as appointment messages, missed-call text-backs and review requests.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work as well.
7. How long we keep information
- We keep client information while your account is active, and afterward as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- When a client's service ends, we keep their customer data for 30 days so they can request a copy. After that, we delete it within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or delete. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information.
- Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. We will respond to requests as those laws require.
- Customers of our clients. If you are a customer of a business that uses our services, please contact that business first. We will help them handle your request.

10. Children's privacy
Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify clients of important changes by email.
